Study 15–25 minutes on five days: 3–5 new words, yesterday’s difficult cards, one changed example sentence, and a ten-word weekly check. Keep one day for review only.
30- and 90-day plan
- Days 1–7: add 3–5 words with sound, chunk, and a personal sentence.
- Days 8–21: review yesterday, three days ago, and one week ago.
- Days 22–30: test ten mixed words without notes and return uncertain ones.
- Days 31–90: keep the review rhythm while expanding real situations.
